Neighborhood

The play Neighborhood, written by Imanol Martínez and directed by Juan Carlos Franco, won the Premio Nacional Manuel Herrera de Dramaturgia and premiered at the Centro Cultural Hangar, a newly opened cultural center in Querétaro, Mexico.

Centered around themes of growing up, nostalgia, and friendship, the visuals featured projections on various surfaces across the stage, creating an immersive experience for the audience.

We collaborated to design a scenography that would complement the narrative, the space, and the available equipment for the performance. I was responsible for mapping the surfaces and managing the content deployment at specific cues during the shows. It was such a rewarding experience.
